Plan for about 5–5.5 hours in normal winter conditions. If the Coquihalla or 97C is slow, it can be closer to 6 hours. We check conditions before departure.
Yes. One 30-minute stop for washroom or coffee is included. Grocery or longer stops are billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
We track your YVR flight and shift pickup inside your free wait time. If a very late arrival creates highway or after-hours issues, we will notify you and reschedule before billing extra.
Yes. October to April we run winter tires on Interior routes and carry chains when required. Drivers are trained for steep grades and limited cell coverage.

Often the cheaper option is to fly or bus to Kamloops or Kelowna, then take the resort shuttle from there. It is slower but lower cost than a full YVR-to-resort private run.
