Limo Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted only by email info@destinylimousine.ca or fax 604-597-9040 only. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or not showing up for the reservation will result in a charge of the full service amount. 25% deposit on packages is nonrefundable.

| Domestic Airport Transfers: Minimum 12 hours prior to pick up time. No charge, if more than 12 hour notice is given. |
| International Airport Transfers: Minimum 24 hours prior to pick up time. No charge, if more than 24 hour notice is given. |
| Mercedes Sprinter Van: Cancellations for Mercedes Sprinter van reservations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice during the busy tourist season (May through September). During all other months, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid cancellation charges. |
| Hourly Charters & Specials Tours: Needs minimum of 48 hours notice prior to pick up time. If you cancel between 24-48 hours remaining then we will charge 50% of the trip value. Less than 12 hours. full amount will be charged on your credit card. No charge, if more than 48 hour notice is given but any deposit paid is nonrefundable. |
| Point to Point transfers: Need minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up time. If you cancel your trip between 12-24 hours then 50% of the trip value will be charged. Less than 12 hours. full amount will be charged on your credit card. No charge, if more than 24 hour notice is given. |
| Cancellations for any packages are required minimum one month notice. If cancelled between 2 to 4 week We will charge 50% of the trip value and less than two weeks’ notice full amount need to be paid for less than two week notice. No charge, if more than 30 days notice is given but any deposit paid is nonrefundable. |
| Change Policy: We require all changes be received by phone or email minimum 2 hours prior to pick up time and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated and trip needs to be cancelled then you will be charged in full for the order. |
| Termination of any trip: Destiny Limousine LTD reserves the right to terminate any trip without refund if the driver or dispatcher on duty feels that the client and/or party is Violating BC GOVT "No Drinking Liquor Policy" or putting the driver or vehicle in danger of injury. Consuming alcohol in any private or commercial vehicle (including Limos Vancouver) is illegal in B.C. |
