This Privacy Policy explains how Destiny Limousine Ltd may collect, use, disclose, retain and safeguard personal information when you use destinylimousine.ca, a mobile application, an account, a rate or booking tool, customer support or transportation services.

Destiny Limousine does not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing. Information may be shared when needed to quote, book, operate and support transportation, process payments, maintain the website or comply with law.

Contact, Trip, Account, Payment and Technical Data

Contact and passenger details

Name, telephone number, email address, billing or service address and information provided when booking for yourself or another passenger.

Trip and service details

Pickup and destination, date and time, flight information, passenger and luggage counts, stops, vehicle choice, accessibility needs, child-seat requests and other instructions needed to quote or operate the trip.

Account and communication details

Login credentials, saved preferences, business-account information, support correspondence, call or text records, communication choices and reservation history when these features are used.

Payment and transaction details

Billing information, payment status, receipts and transaction records. Payment-card information may be collected or handled by a third-party payment processor rather than stored directly by Destiny Limousine.

Website, device and analytics data

IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookies, analytics events and advertising measurement data.

Location information

Pickup and destination locations are required for a transportation quote or booking. Precise device location is used only when a website or app feature requests it and you permit that access through your device.

Destiny Limousine may send confirmations, receipts, reminders, chauffeur or pickup information and booking updates by email, telephone or text because these communications are needed to support a reservation.

SMS consent and marketing choices

When you opt in to text messages, frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent information is not shared with third parties for their marketing. You may also contact Destiny Limousine to change marketing preferences.

Links, widgets, payment services and other external features operate under their own privacy policies. Destiny Limousine does not control their independent practices.
