Plan the celebration as well as the seats
For a birthday group, send the route and return stops with the passenger count. The group birthday packages explain the booking decisions behind the vehicle choice.
Choose a stretch SUV limousine around the people, clothing, luggage and stops in your celebration. This guide explains how to plan the booking; the fleet pages show the individual vehicles.

An SUV limousine has an extended passenger cabin designed for a shared group experience. A standard luxury SUV has a different seating and cargo arrangement. When requesting a quote, say which vehicle type you mean; the phrase "SUV limo" is sometimes used for both.
Stretch SUV bookings can suit weddings, graduation arrivals, birthdays and formal events. The practical fit depends on the exact model, not only the number in the party. See the stretch SUV fleet overview for the vehicles offered.
| Planning detail | Why it matters | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Passengers | Maximum seating is not the same as preferred comfort | Adults, children and the desired space between guests |
| Formal clothing | Dresses, suits and accessories affect entry and seating | Any bulky outfits or items that must stay with the party |
| Luggage | A large passenger cabin does not imply a large luggage compartment | Suitcases, carry-ons, gifts and equipment |
| Journey type | A brief arrival and a long-distance transfer use the cabin differently | Full route, expected stops and travel date |
For the current stretch SUV models, the published seating range is generally around 10 to 12 passengers, subject to the exact vehicle and comfort requirements. Confirm the load before booking rather than reserving to the maximum by default.
Start with the time everyone needs to be at the venue, then work backward through pickup, loading and any photo stop. A wedding ceremony time or graduation check-in is different from a flexible dinner reservation. Identify the fixed deadlines in the request.
Send addresses for both the first pickup and the final return. If guests will finish at different homes, list those stops in advance. Additional stops, extended waiting and a late finish must be included in the booking terms rather than assumed to be part of a one-way price.
A stretch SUV can work for a lightly packed group, but it may not be the right fit when most passengers have a checked suitcase. Ask us to assess passengers and bags together. A Mercedes Sprinter or standard luxury SUV may be more practical for the load.
For an airport transfer, include the flight number and all ski bags, strollers or other bulky items. Do not choose a vehicle from the event seating figure alone.

Not necessarily. Passenger seating and cargo space are separate constraints. Send the complete luggage list for a vehicle recommendation.
Request the stop before confirming the itinerary. Include its location and the time you would like to spend there so the service period can be quoted correctly.
