Choose a sedan, SUV or Sprinter only after the full load has been assessed. Do not assume that a roof carrier or other accessory is supplied unless the booking confirmation specifically includes it.
Travel time and a practical resort arrival
As a starting planning allowance, set aside approximately 2 to 2.5 hours for the drive after leaving YVR and allow more for traffic, weather, highway conditions and requested stops. This is not a guaranteed arrival time.
Give the chauffeur the exact accommodation entrance where possible. Whistler Village, Upper Village and Creekside are not a single drop-off point. Let the team know whether someone will meet you, whether you need to collect keys first, and whether luggage can be delivered at the selected entrance.
Price and return planning
The published starting base fares from YVR are $424 for a sedan, $449 for an SUV and $600 for a Sprinter; 15% gratuity and 5% GST are excluded from those guide figures. Check the complete rate comparison and request the total for your date and itinerary.
For the return to the airport, supply the flight departure time and the exact resort pickup address. Plan enough time for road uncertainty and your airline's check-in requirements. A return movement needs its own confirmed time and terms.
