BC Ferry Limo Service Vancouver

Private transportation to Vancouver (Tsawwassen) and Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) terminals for foot passengers, airport connections and onward travel. BC Ferry limo service is scheduled around the actual sailing and terminal check-in requirements.

Choose the Correct BC Ferries Terminal

Tsawwassen in Delta

Use Tsawwassen for major routes including Victoria (Swartz Bay), Nanaimo and the Southern Gulf Islands. It sits south of Vancouver at the end of Highway 17.

Horseshoe Bay on the North Shore

Horseshoe Bay serves routes including Nanaimo (Departure Bay), Sunshine Coast and Bowen Island. Travel from YVR or the Fraser Valley requires crossing the metropolitan area before reaching the terminal.

Do not plan by city name alone

Both terminals are branded as Vancouver terminals, but they are far apart. Always send the exact sailing terminal rather than simply requesting a ride to “the ferry.”

Build the Pickup Around the Sailing Check-In Window

BC Ferries publishes check-in rules by route, terminal and whether the traveller has a booking. For example, the current Tsawwassen terminal guidance says booked travellers on the Victoria and Nanaimo routes generally check in within a 60-to-30-minute window before departure, while Horseshoe Bay has different timing for some routes.

Because those rules can change, Destiny does not use one generic “arrive 30 minutes early” promise. We work backward from the sailing information you provide and recommend leaving room for road traffic, baggage and terminal processing.

Airport, Hotel and Home Connections

YVR to Tsawwassen

This is the most common airport-to-sailing connection. Flight arrival time and baggage collection must leave enough room before terminal check-in closes.

Downtown to Horseshoe Bay

A hotel or residence pickup can be coordinated for North Shore sailings. Downtown traffic and bridge conditions can change the comfortable departure time.

Terminal pickup after arrival

For arriving foot passengers, provide the sailing and a mobile number. The chauffeur can coordinate the pickup once the party is off the vessel and ready to leave.

Vehicle Choice for Island-Bound Travel

Sedan

Simple for one or two travellers with light baggage and a direct terminal connection.

SUV

Better when suitcases, child seats or outdoor equipment make cargo space more important.

Sprinter Van

Keeps a larger family or travelling party together when several bags would otherwise require multiple vehicles.

When BC Ferry Limo Service Makes Sense

A reserved vehicle is most useful when the sailing is connected to another fixed-time trip: an arriving flight, a hotel checkout, a medical appointment, a family visit or a long onward drive. The chauffeur is not replacing the sailing reservation; the job is to get the passenger to the correct terminal with enough usable time to complete BC Ferries check-in.

For an airport connection, send both the flight number and sailing. For a home or property pickup, use the full street address because travel time can vary considerably across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. For an arriving sailing, add a mobile number so the pickup can be coordinated after passengers are actually off the vessel.

BC Ferries Transportation FAQs

Yes. The route is planned from your actual pickup address and sailing terminal. Tsawwassen is in Delta, while Horseshoe Bay is on the North Shore, so they require very different travel plans.

Use the check-in window shown for your specific route and booking. BC Ferries publishes different opening and closing times by terminal, route and passenger type, so your pickup should be built backward from that official requirement.
