Compare the same journey before comparing prices
A downtown departure is not the same booking as an airport pickup. YVR arrivals need flight details, meeting instructions and arrival coordination. A pickup outside the stated origin or a drop-off beyond the planned resort address may also change the quotation.
Compare the vehicle category, number of travellers, luggage, trip direction and included waiting. A shared-shuttle ticket priced per person is not directly comparable with a private-vehicle base fare unless you calculate the total for the same party and understand the different service arrangements.

Additional stops, another pickup address or a different final destination can change the planned route and time.

Passengers, suitcases and ski equipment must fit together. An upgrade may be needed if the load is larger than expected.
The service terms
Confirm waiting, special requests, any time-related conditions and how a change after booking would be handled.
For example, the listed SUV base fare from YVR is $449. Dividing that base amount among four passengers gives $112.25 each before excluded charges; it is not an all-inclusive per-person ticket. The example is useful only if the four passengers and their complete luggage load fit the confirmed vehicle.
Do not infer the return price
Send the resort pickup address, return date and destination when asking about the trip back. A return to YVR needs the flight departure details; a return to a downtown hotel needs the correct street address and arrival plan.
Do not assume that doubling a one-way guide price produces a confirmed round-trip total. Ask for both directions on the quotation and check the pickup times, included service and cancellation terms for each movement.
A short checklist before confirming
Review the origin, destination, vehicle, date, passenger count and every bag or ski item. Make sure the quotation identifies the full amount payable and the conditions for waiting, extra stops or a schedule change. Keep a copy of the booking confirmation.
