For arrivals, we track your flight and send your meeting details by text before pickup.
- Domestic: Meet inside Arrivals near your flight’s baggage claim carousel.
- International: After customs and baggage claim, enter the public Arrivals area and meet on the right side of the lobby with a name sign.
- When your chauffeur contacts you: We send the meeting details to the booking phone number once your pickup is active.
- If your phone is off after landing: Go to the planned meeting point first, then call or text 604-597-9040 from any available phone.
- Included wait time: 45 minutes for Domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for International arrivals.
- If baggage or customs takes longer: Contact us as soon as you know. Additional wait is billed in 15-minute increments after the included window.

For departures, we build pickup timing around your flight, address, and typical traffic conditions.
- Drop-off: Departures level curbside at your airline door.
- Suggested airport arrival: About 2 hours before Domestic flights and 3 hours before International flights.
- Hotel pickups: Be ready in the main lobby entrance area with your luggage.
- Condo or residential pickups: Use the full street address and note any buzzer, gate, or loading-area instructions during booking.
- Extra stops or multiple pickups: Add them in the booking notes so we can plan the route, timing, and vehicle space correctly.

- Executive bookings: Assistants should include the traveller’s full name, mobile number, airline, flight number, and any billing details needed for receipts.

- Canada Place pickups: Cruise transfers should include ship name, terminal details, and luggage count so timing and vehicle space are planned correctly.
- YVR South Terminal: Please note South Terminal during booking so we send the correct pickup instructions.

We provide an Inside Meet and Greet with a name sign. For Domestic flights, meet inside Arrivals near your flight’s baggage claim carousel. For International arrivals, meet in the public Arrivals lobby (right side). Exact instructions are sent by text.
Yes. We track flights in real time and adjust pickup timing automatically. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur is scheduled around your updated arrival time.
Arrivals include 45 minutes of wait time for Domestic flights and 60 minutes for International flights to allow for baggage and customs. If you need more time, we can extend the wait and bill additional time in 15-minute increments.
