What to Have Ready Before You Request a Quote
For an Arrival
Send the flight number, arrival date, passenger count, destination and luggage details. If several passengers are arriving on separate flights, include every flight so the pickup plan is not built around the wrong landing time.
For a Departure
Send the pickup address, flight departure time, airline, passenger count and any additional stops. Early flights and trips from the Fraser Valley need more road-time planning than a downtown departure.
Pickup timing is not identical across the region. A Richmond hotel departure has a different road-time margin than a morning trip from Surrey, Langley or Abbotsford. For cruise connections, ski trips and international departures, include the onward reservation or check-in time so the airport leg can be planned as part of the full itinerary rather than as an isolated ride.
