A message from the founder

“Since 1999, I’ve built Destiny around one simple goal: make every pickup clear, safe, and on time, with no surprises for the customer.”

My job is simple: make important travel days feel calm and predictable.

In the early years, I checked schedules late at night, prepared cars for early airport runs, answered calls myself, and drove many of the trips. That taught me what customers remember: the vehicle arriving as promised, the price being clear, and the trip being handled without excuses.

Today, Destiny is larger, but the standard is the same. We use better tools, stronger dispatch notes, and clearer booking systems, while keeping real people involved when a trip needs attention.

What 25+ years of service has taught us

Clients do not forget a bad pickup

They may not remember the vehicle model, but they remember waiting at arrivals without updates. That is why airport trips are planned around flight tracking, meeting instructions, and dispatch follow-through.

Winter routes need a plan

Whistler and mountain transfers are reviewed with timing, road conditions, luggage, and vehicle readiness in mind before departure.

Pricing uncertainty hurts trust

Customers should know the rate before they book. Our live-rate system keeps pricing clear before confirmation.

How we keep trips predictable

  • Flight tracking for scheduled airport pickups
  • Clear meet-and-greet instructions for YVR arrivals
  • Dispatch notes for timing, luggage, stops, and special requests
  • Reservation tools for confirmations, receipts, reminders, and updates
  • Fast communication when weather, traffic, or arrival times change

Owner-led operations

What Sarb oversees at Destiny Limousine

My role is to keep the service consistent as the company grows. That means reviewing how trips are planned, how chauffeurs are trained, how vehicles are prepared, and how customers are updated when timing, weather, or flight details change.

  • Airport, corporate, event, and Whistler service standards
  • Dispatch coordination and pickup timing
  • Chauffeur onboarding, training, and service consistency
  • Vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Live-rate booking, receipts, reminders, and reservation tools

Who this page helps

Built for clients who need the ride handled properly

This page explains how Destiny is operated and why our process matters for airport pickups, corporate travel, family trips, and mountain routes.

The common thread is planning. We confirm the right vehicle, clear pickup details, luggage needs, timing, and pricing before the trip starts, so customers are not trying to solve problems at the curb.

Do you still drive?

I do when schedules tighten, weather changes, or extra support is needed. It keeps me close to the service quality our chauffeurs provide.
