Founder and Operations Lead

Sarb Nagra — Founder & Operations Lead

I founded Destiny Limousine in 1999 and still run day-to-day operations. I stay hands-on with dispatch, safety, and chauffeur training, and I still drive when needed. I also built our live-rate booking system so customers can see upfront prices and compare options before booking.

Where we operate and what I oversee

With our main office in Surrey and a secondary office in Vancouver, we’re positioned to serve Metro Vancouver, YVR, YXX, and the Fraser Valley efficiently, with regular service to Whistler.

  • Dispatch standards for airport pickups, corporate travel, and events
  • Chauffeur onboarding, training, and service consistency
  • Fleet readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Airport SOPs: flight tracking, meet and greet, and wait time handling

How to reach us

If something goes wrong, we confirm the situation, adjust dispatch or routing if needed, and keep you updated until your driver is on the way.

Summary

I started Destiny Limousine with one car and a simple plan: safe, reliable rides and clear information. Today I run operations and stay hands-on with dispatch, safety, and chauffeur training. We built our own custom booking system so customers can get an instant quote, see upfront pricing, and book without back-and-forth. From booking to changes or cancellation requests, the process is straightforward. Customers can manage reservations online, print receipts, and receive timely reminders so pickup day stays calm and organized. When something changes last minute, we focus on fast communication and a clean fix, not excuses.
