Summary

I started Destiny Limousine with one car and a simple plan: safe, reliable rides and clear information. Today I manage operations, mentor chauffeurs, and use tech to cut the back-and-forth from booking. The goal hasn’t changed: show the price, show up on time, and deliver a calm ride.

Set service standards and training for airport, corporate, events, and Whistler routes
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, flight tracking, and meet-and-greet SOPs
Maintain safety programs and vehicle readiness
Lead product work on our booking and pricing tools

I built our booking system to publish live, upfront rates for common routes. People can price trips before booking or compare with others. It reduces surprises and builds trust.

Pricing rules and payment policies

Free wait time	45 min domestic, 60 min international at YVR. Overage billed hourly in 15-min increments.
Flat rates	No surge pricing. Final price shown before payment.
Child seats	$25 per seat. Request at booking.
Stops & detours	Extra stops from $25. Additional time billed in 15-min increments.
After-hours	Pickups 11 pm–7 am: +5% surcharge.
Return trips	Same as outbound; meet-and-greet fee waived (–$25) if not required.
Changes & cancellations	Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Full policy.
