If something goes wrong, we confirm the situation, adjust dispatch or routing if needed, and keep you updated until your driver is on the way.
Both locations support bookings and dispatch coverage for Metro Vancouver, airport pickups, and regional travel.

I started Destiny Limousine with one car and a simple plan: safe, reliable rides and clear information. Today I run operations and stay hands-on with dispatch, safety, and chauffeur training. We built our own custom booking system so customers can get an instant quote, see upfront pricing, and book without back-and-forth. From booking to changes or cancellation requests, the process is straightforward. Customers can manage reservations online, print receipts, and receive timely reminders so pickup day stays calm and organized. When something changes last minute, we focus on fast communication and a clean fix, not excuses.
